Day 2 Reject - Unguarded

(Click on image for Full View)

I decided to go with this photo for
Day 2, but this one was a second
favorite. Used filtered black and white,
one of my favored styles lately. I am
considering to finally getting around
to those tutorials, and posting them here?

Day 10 (March 8, 2007) - 15 & 30

My first job is that of a customer services
representative. I later on worked on random
graphic design projects, and worked on the
management team as well. One of the
horrors of such a psuedo-corporate scene
was the way people live from payday to payday
(which was every 15th and 30th)

Like right now? I'm trying to stretch Php600
(that's around US$12) to last me until this 15th!

(I don't have to pay for bills and rent, and this
still bites. Money, I don't understand you.)

Still using the camera phone (and will remain
so until I can do something about in a week's time!)

Day 9 (March 7, 2007) - Ma and Me

This Polaroid is one of my prized possessions. It's faded
into a strange shade of green, but it's my mother holding
me up as an infant, the photograph was taken by someone
from a baby modeling agency. I didn't make the cut.

Camera phone used (Augh).

Day 6 Reject - Pottery

I was looking at the decorative blue and white vases that
adorned a lot of the wall in the resto Cyma (greenbelt).

I still decided to go with "Father and Daughter", because
it spoke more than the pottery did.

Still, they are pretty cute, so I decided to work with
a "rejected photos" tag. (Also, I didn't want it to
look like I had completely given up on the
self-portraiture idea, right?)

Also, possible emergency! I can't find hitomi's
charger. (insert gnashing of teeth here). So until
I find it, I will go ahead and presevere and still
take photos without my beloved hitomi, until
I can find the charger :( I can't believe this!

Day 4 (March 2, 2007) - Queen of Pain

(Click on image for Full View)

As inspired by Alanis Morissette's cover, "King of Pain"

"I have stood here before inside the pouring rain
With the world turning circles running 'round my brain
I guess I'm always hoping that you'll end this reign
But it's my destiny to be the king of pain"

Day 3 (March 1, 2007) - Antagonist

This shot was more work than I expected it to be.
The hardest thing is to fully see that image in my head,
and bring it out onto the shot. So this isn't what I wanted
it to be, but it's still good on it's own merit, away from
that preconceived image. This is why I love Photography.
